Where the heck is spring?



The nice thing about being a dog musher and a softball coach is I can get excited about the cold, snow and nice trails, or the warm sun melting the snow off the ball fields. Which means...I'm getting some good dog runs in. I've been really working with the 2 year olds leading. We're doing short runs with small teams so they can get their confidence back and just have fun up there. Seems to be working really well.

Of course, you meet all kinds of "strange" people out on the trail. This is us coming up on Canon and Rich about 3 miles from home. Canon is so good about sitting right beside Rich when a dog team goes by.
